THREE MAJOR LAUNCHES, Part Two

THREE MAJOR LAUNCHES, Part Two

This is a two part series and this is part two of two.

Lyrical poetry runs the risk of complicating this most important message to the underground community of underground studio and gallery artists and independent fashion designers, so here it is, presented below in the plainest American English possible.

I am hosting groups in support of the series of three projects that anyone can join who want to be on the cutting edge of independent fashion.

I will publish more detailed information in the nearing future and at this moment two of the projects are secret mysteries.

One of the projects has been announced on MySpace, Live Journal and Blogger at the time of this writing.

You cannot read about this in any fashion or art magazine in the world.

I will translate all publishing projects into German and Japanese as soon as I am able.

I will use translation software and my education in German and Japanese to assist with the third project.

I will donate my weekends towards making gifts for friends.

I will donate money from my pocket towards presenting a series of mystery gifts to friends.

I will make further announcements as soon as they are ready for release and publishing.

Article number three, part one and two, titled Three Major Launches, for the upcoming Fashion Mystery Series can be viewed in the Blog section of my Blogger page

THREE MAJOR LAUNCHES, Part One

This is a two part series and this is part one of two.

Lyrical poetry runs the risk of complicating this most important message to the underground community of underground studio and gallery artists and independent fashion designers, so here it is, presented below in the plainest American English possible.

My name is Dave and I am American.

The scope of the project series is International in reach.

I am engineering the launch of three major projects based out of my studio and workshop in the city of Detroit, Michigan (United States).

Two of the projects are publishing based and related to art, design and most importantly fashion.

One of the projects is related directly to my design studio and workshop and what I am able to do as a custom clothier and independent designer.

All of the projects are intended for anyone interested in learning, being entertained and most importantly having fun and being friends...

The duration of two of the projects is two years in length the third is one year in duration.

Everything is independent and fashion centered and operated by one man in his studio and workshop, it’s me Dave.

Part two publishes tomorrow.

Don’t Panic!!!

Don’t Panic!!!

Vinyl platters bounced off of low orbit satellites dancing around the earth’s atmosphere, riding invisible lightning bolts and downloaded onto hard drives in dormitories and work-spaces in Europe, America and Japan.

Friendships traded and language barriers conquered through laser-imprinted silicone chips living in aluminum cases in suburban living rooms, studio offices and apartment bedrooms.

The simple fact of the world is that we do not know where the world of independent fashion design might go and what it will look like as the future arrives through our DSL lines and turquoise blue CAT 5 cables, as a result of the creation of the Internet and it’s accessibility to increasingly everyone, the future is more of a mystery now than ever.

Teenaged bedroom fantasies of runways and flash bulbs faded with time a decade ago, but right now at this shared moment, anyone anywhere has possible access to millions of individuals that share the same waking dreams, painters with acrylic stained finger nails, designers with edgy presentation boards and musicians with endless electronic harmonies stored on a device the size of a credit card.

What everyone can be certain of is that the Internet has changed the world forever, placing its electronic imprint on the history of earth and every artist with an idea they are drawn to express.

I am changing my world of fashion & design by publishing an electronic journal and a future mystery project, what are you doing to change your world?

The Cereal Box Mystery

The Cereal Box Mystery

Something art, fashion and creative culture inspired sits on my hard drive, sleeping until it’s time to be awakened from its restless winters nap, traveling at the speed of light into homes, studios and apartments in America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

A ray of light shining down on creative personalities inspired to express themselves through various forms of art.

As the icy winter conditions in Detroit begin to slow and start to be persuaded to lie down in a comfortable bed for the year until it’s time for the earth to rest again next winter, and as the snow and slush melt and drip off of the bumpers of city busses and taxi cabs, the electronic signals start to travel starting with whispers at first that can’t be heard unless your listening with all of your heart.

Close your eyes . . .

THE MYSTERY FASHION SERIES

The latest March and April glossy prints of Vogue and Women’s Wear Daily are sleeping on a table in my studio, mostly untouched as fashion writing definitely trumps stylish reading and art scene eavesdropping throughout the past two months of creative self-expression.

Project Runway is moments away from reaching its pinnacle as Santino, Chloe and Daniel step into the spotlight and onto the runway in New York’s Bryant Park for the finale episode, as weekly fanatics of Bravo’s designer entertainment stare endlessly in adoration.

Almost everyone loves a good mystery.

As the champagne afterglow fades, electronic press coverage of the fall / winter shows, a healthy dose of Bravo televisions Blow Out, and my MySpace mystery fashion series soon to be revealed should be a beautiful way to withdraw from the after effects of Project Runway season two, until it’s time to watch the personalities again for season three this coming winter.

Spring is absolutely the season for independent fashion…!

Either You’re In, or You’re Out?
